My Academic Journey
Naparima Girls' High School

My academic journey began early with a love for numbers and a knack for thinking quickly under pressure. In primary school, I discovered that problem-solving wasn’t just about getting the right answer, but about confidence, focus, and strategy. This passion culminated in Grade 4, when I placed first in a national mental math competition, proving that calculators were optional and that clear thinking could be just as powerful as speed. This early experience laid the foundation for my interest in analytical thinking and set the tone for my academic path ahead.
Not long after, I topped the nationwide Secondary Entrance Assessment (SEA), earning the President’s Medal gold and securing a place at my dream school, Naparima Girls’ High School: a milestone moment proudly captured in the photo here.
Beyond the recognition, this achievement represented years of discipline, consistency, and a willingness to challenge myself academically.

Throughout my secondary school years, I consistently ranked among the top academic performers, earning recognition across the sciences, mathematics, languages, and the humanities.
My performance at the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) level placed me within the top 10 in the Caribbean (Merit List) in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Geography, reflecting both depth and breadth in my academic strengths.

Alongside my academic achievements, I took on a range of leadership and service roles within my school community.
I was elected Class President for three semesters and selected to serve as a Class Prefect, reflecting the trust placed in me by both peers and faculty. I also served as a Peer Helper, receiving formal training in mental health support and counseling through Families in Action.
Beyond student leadership and service, I contributed to school operations by supporting the audit booth technical team, and held executive roles as Vice President of the Red Cross Club and the Indian Cultural Club (ICC).
I was also an active member of the Debate Club and Mathematics Club, further developing my communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Arca Global International School

I am currently completing my AS and A Level studies at Arca Global International School, pursuing Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Information Technology, and English General.
I achieved an A in all As level subjects. I also earned a 1580 SAT superscore.
Beyond academics, I serve as Head Girl, leading a student body of over 2,000 students, selected after a rigorous three-round process.
I also act as President of the Cambridge Discipline Committee, working closely with school leadership to uphold academic integrity and student conduct.
I am the primary anchor for major school events, representing the student body in formal settings.
To extend my environmental and educational initiatives, I also established a Youth Gamification Club chapter at the school, integrating climate-focused, gamified learning into the school community.
